Hello Farm Folk,
1 cup raisins
½ cup walnuts, chopped
2 large apples, peeled and grated
3 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp brown sugar
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Mix well.
Serve chilled as an appetizer, or dessert.
Tip: it is best to grate the apples last as they turn brown the quickest. Sprinkle with some extra lemon juice to avoid discoloration.
